Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Lachesis to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in deceptive or fraudulent messaging.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Harass, threaten, or harm others, or send illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
• Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

You must follow the terms, messaging policies, and rate limits of every platform you connect, including WhatsApp, Telegram, and LINE. Do not use the Service to circumvent a platform’s restrictions or bans.

Only message people who have agreed to hear from you or with whom you have a legitimate, lawful relationship. Provide a clear way to opt out and honour opt-out requests promptly.

Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorisation; do not interfere with its operation; and do not attempt to access data that does not belong to your workspace.

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant platforms or authorities.
