User Agreement

Last updated: 2026-06-01

This User Agreement sets out the responsibilities that apply to everyone who operates Lachesis on behalf of an organisation. It supplements, and should be read together with, the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Scope

This Agreement applies to directors, supervisors, agents, and any other users you authorise to access your Lachesis workspace. You are responsible for ensuring your users understand and follow it.

2. Your responsibilities as an operator

  • Use connected accounts only for purposes you are authorised to carry out.
  • Comply with the rules of WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, and any other platform you connect.
  • Obtain any consents required to message your customers and to record conversations.
  • Keep activation codes and credentials confidential within your team.

3. End-customer consent and compliance

You confirm that you have a lawful basis to contact the customers you message through Lachesis and to process their data, including for translation, monitoring, and reporting. You will honour opt-out and data-subject requests as required by applicable law.

4. Data ownership

As between you and us, your organisation owns the conversations, contacts, profiles, and reports created in your workspace. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Shared reports

When you share a report with a client using a link and password, you are responsible for choosing which fields and conversations are visible and for distributing the password securely. Anyone with the link and password can view what you have made visible.

6. Account security

You must protect login credentials, use strong passwords, and revoke access for users who leave your team. You are responsible for activity carried out with your users’ credentials.

7. Suspension for breach

We may suspend a user or a workspace that we reasonably believe is violating this Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or that poses a security risk. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

8. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to improve the Service, without obligation to you.
