We use information to provide, secure, and improve the Service; to process translation and AI features you enable; to provide support; to bill you; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

When agents send and receive messages through Lachesis, we process that content to deliver the Service (for example, translating a message or generating a suggested reply). This data belongs to your organisation. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your customers’ data and for honouring their rights.

Translation and AI-assistance features may transmit the relevant message text to processing providers solely to return a translation or suggestion. We minimise what is sent and do not use your operational content to train general-purpose models.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting, payment, and translation providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, and where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We retain account and operational data for as long as your workspace is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

We use multi-tenant isolation with row-level security, encryption in transit, scoped access by role, and operational safeguards designed to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond to incidents promptly.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights; we will respond as required by applicable law.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language and theme. We do not use them to track you across unrelated sites.
